Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C. (ATC), a full service law firm in Duluth, Georgia, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Services Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is essential to daily operations, ensuring our attorneys, staff, and clients have a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role may occasionally require overtime hours to set up and break down beverage and food stations for mediations and depositions.
Responsibilities
- Restock and maintain office, kitchen, coffee, and mailroom supplies throughout the day.
- Manage the coffee bar and kitchen area, including dishwasher and mug rotation.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and process legal book updates from Thomson Reuters.
- Coordinate lunch orders and provide front-office coverage as needed.
- Prepare and break down beverage and food stations for mediations and depositions.
- Handle outgoing FedEx shipments and daily supply walkthroughs.
- Assist with social media content posts and client Google reviews.
- Add door codes and update the birthday list, including sending out birthday emails.
- Assist support staff and attorneys as needed with large copy and scanning projects.
