Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with office management duties like calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents to support smooth daily operations.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic data entry and record keeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity software.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles with strong phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, data entry, and calendar management.
- Technical proficiency in using office equipment like multi-line phones, printers, and basic bookkeeping tools such as QuickBooks.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.

Pay: From $750.00 per week
