Warehouse Associate
Keyston Bros., established in 1868, is one of the nation's leading wholesale distributors of automotive, marine, furniture, and upholstery fabrics and supplies. We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining an organized facility, and delivering exceptional service to our customers through accurate and timely order fulfillment. While this is primarily a warehouse position, the successful candidate may occasionally assist with local customer deliveries approximately 1–2 times per month.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pull, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment or pickup
- Load and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying quantities and identifying discrepancies
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling and organization
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and customer expectations
- Assist with local customer deliveries as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
- Proven record of reliability, strong attendance, and consistent job performance
- Experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to occasional delivery responsibilities
- Forklift certification or prior forklift experience is a plus
