Reporting to the CIO this is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of data-driven strategies, processes, and solutions within the organization. This position involves leading a team of data professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and business growth.

Where will you provide impact?
Data & Analytics Strategy
Defining and executing the enterprise BI, analytics, and data strategy aligned with business objectives
Establishing a scalable, governed analytics framework leveraging Qlik
Translating business needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and data products
Championing a data-driven culture across all business functions
Business Intelligence Platform Ownership
Owning, administering, and optimizing the Qlik ecosystem (Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud)
Defining standards for data modeling, visualization, performance, and usability
Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adoption of enterprise dashboards and reports
Automotive & CDK DMS Analytics
Leading analytics initiatives leveraging CDK DMS data across Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, Inventory, Fixed Ops, and CRM
Establishing standardized KPIs across dealerships or business units
Acting as a subject-matter expert on automotive performance metrics
AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement
Preparing AI-ready datasets for machine learning and predictive analytics
Ensuring data is standardized, documented, and reusable for AI initiatives
Partnering with technology and business leaders to identify AI opportunities
Supporting responsible AI through data governance and transparency
Leadership & Governance
Building and lead a high-performing BI and analytics team
Establishing data governance, quality, and stewardship practices
Partnering with IT to ensure secure and scalable architecture
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in BI, data analysis, data management, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
5+ years of Qlik experience and strong CDK dealer management system experience.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and database management.
