New Wage Scale: Pay $27 - $39 pay is based on experience
Shift Details:
12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Full-Time Position - 36 hours per week
Every 3rd Weekend Rotation
8-Hour Shifts (2pm-10pm) 40 Hours per week - Every 3rd weekend
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor resident health and update care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support CNAs and caregiving staff
Qualifications:
- LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
