Key Responsibilities - Logistics Business Development Manager
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect new business opportunities via phone, email, in-person visits, and events.
- Add customers to the EASE portfolio whose supply chain needs match our core services.
- Maintain constant communication with existing customers, developing long-term partnerships.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Act as a liaison between customers and EASE Operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Attend on-site customer meetings, conferences, and conventions to promote EASE Logistics.
- Manage daily operations of smaller accounts that don’t meet minimum operational thresholds.
- Track and update customer information and sales activities in CRM system.
- Assist Accounting with billing and accounts receivable issues when needed.
- Be available outside of typical business hours as needed to support accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
