Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Operate tools such as a hammers, saws, paint brushes and screw drivers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
Requirements
- Knowledge on things like removing and replacing doors & windows.
- Ability to replace hot water heaters, do light plumbing work.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred.
- Experience in installing LVP flooring as well as other flooring.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
