Client is Looking For Sr consultant, a subject matter expert who can provide strategic recommendations and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
You Will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning. In addition:
- Support ongoing Oracle HCM production operations, quarterly releases, and continuous platform enhancements
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new Oracle Cloud features to improve business outcomes, user experience, and platform adoption
- Troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM issues and provide expert recommendations for optimization and performance improvements
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), including tracking status, communicating risks, and driving timely resolutions
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge artifacts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM production environments and implementing enhancements
- Strong understanding of SaaS Cloud functional and technical data flows, notifications, and integrations
Preferred:
- Prior Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience
- Experience leading system optimization and enhancement initiatives
- HR Technology or enterprise SaaS platform experience
License/Certification:
- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (Preferred)
Pay: $58.42 - $65.31 per hour
