Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant Essential Functions:
- Under the direction and ongoing supervision of the registered nurse, providing essential personal care assistance to the patient:
- Performing such household services that are essential to the patient’s well-being at home.
- Light meal preparation for patients.
- Provides emotional support and compassionate care to the patient and their family unit.
- Participating in continuing education.
- Charting via app on the company phone that is provided, based on the plan of care.
Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant Requirements:
- Have CNA/LNA license
- Have a dependable car with active auto insurance
- Follow the care plan under the direction of the RNCM
- Hospice or home health experience is preferable
- Bilingual skills are a plus
