Job Description
Vox Marketing Group is seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our business development efforts through cold calling and lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospects in meaningful conversations, supported by strategic outbound emails and timely follow-ups. You will actively prospect new companies and contacts, qualify leads by confirming budget, decision-makers, and timelines, and schedule well-qualified meetings for Account Executives. Success in this role requires consistent CRM updates, accurate documentation of calls and communications, and a strong focus on building a healthy pipeline of real revenue opportunities.

Compensation Overview
- Base Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually.
- Commission/Incentives: 5% commission on profit generated from qualified deals (paid monthly).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000–$80,000 annually (base + commission).
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Work Environment: Professional office setting using standard office equipment.
- Reports To: Sales & Marketing Strategy Manager.
