Join our dynamic team as an In-Home Sales Representative, where you'll be the friendly face and expert consultant for clients seeking exterior remodeling projects. This energetic role involves engaging with customers directly in their homes to showcase our high-end products and services, building lasting relationships, and closing sales that transform spaces. Your enthusiasm and technical proficiency will drive customer satisfaction and help us deliver exceptional home improvement experiences.
Why are we different? We are promoting exterior home coating systems (think paint on steroids), Pool and driveway overlays, garage floor coating, and window and door products. We have a high energy team of marketing reps bringing in leads and we are looking for closers. You must be a dynamic personality, money motivated and ambitious, and have reliable transportation. Athletes are preferred.
This job is 100% commission but requires no door knocking. If you are looking for a lazy person job….. go work for the government. We want hustlers.

Duties
- Conduct personalized in-home consultations to assess client needs and present tailored remodeling and renovation options.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos
- Develop detailed layout designs using SketchUp or CAD software to visualize project concepts for clients.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and terms with customers to close deals effectively while upselling additional services or upgrades.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of remodeling projects from initial sale to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems and manage POS transactions efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end or custom projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems for layout design and client management.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to close deals confidently.
- Knowledge of remodeling processes, construction practices, lighting design, interior design, and fixture sales.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing, measurements, and project estimates.
