We are looking for a Dental Assistant with 3+ years of clinical experience to join our boutique concierge specialty practice. Our practice leads nationally in the field of TMJ and dental sleep apnea.

Role & Responsibility Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of medical and/or dental assisting experience
- Experience in a fee-for-service practice preferred
- Perfect digital impression taking skills (intraoral scanner)
- Excellent spelling, typing and note-taking skills. The job will require scribing in real time using Apple computers, iPads, and cloud-based systems
- Proficiency in google suite (gmail, sheets, docs) and apple products
- Maintain efficient clinical flow and ensure appointments run smoothly and on schedule
- Coordinate patient care throughout the treatment journey, including:
- Obtaining and organizing outside records and imaging
- Communicating with referring providers
- Sending referrals and coordinating care with specialists
- Ensuring all required documentation is complete prior to appointments
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be a driven self-starter who wants to grow with our practice
- Must be comfortable in a small-team, high-accountability environment
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain a high standard of patient care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
