At swissQprint, you’ll turn those challenges into teachable moments—showing customers how to get the most from precision UV LED flatbed and roll-to-roll systems while producing proof-worthy samples that win projects.
Equip customers to achieve reliable, repeatable, and exceptional results. You’ll combine hands-on training, sharp troubleshooting, and thoughtful material testing to elevate every install, demo, and production floor you touch.
- Guide operators through practical, on-press training across the U.S. and Canada.
- Support the Sales team with credible, timely technical input that advances deals.
- Build deep expertise in swissQprint devices and their operating environments.
- Resolve issues via phone, email, and remote-access tools—clearly and efficiently.
- Test media and produce customer-ready samples for qualification and evaluation.
- Run compelling demonstrations that highlight swissQprint capabilities.
- Care for demo equipment and assist with trade show logistics and booth support.
- Complete application-related admin and reporting with accuracy.
- Maintain tidy, safe work areas in our facility and at customer locations.

- Travel: Approximately 10%–30% on a regular basis within the U.S. and Canada

- Experience in print production environments

- Living near West Dundee, IL, or willing/able to relocate
- Valid driver’s license; eligible to travel to Canada
- Solid computing skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
