CONSTRUCTION SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description Summary:
Bravos Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in construction responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
Their duties encompass a broad range of tasks aimed at ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities
: Project Planning and Development:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial planning.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial control. Approve and track invoices, payments, and change orders. Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Foster a positive team environment and ensure effective communication. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
