Embroidery/Production Operator
As a part of the Embroidery and Production Operations team, the successful candidate will handle a large volume of embroidery orders, maintain and clean machines, QC production and package orders. Along with embroidery orders this role supports heat press and laser engraving orders at a lower volume. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines, has general knowledge of different types of embroidery and sewing machines and has superior communication skills.

Someone who likes to be kept busy and can shift priorities and deadlines. Someone who can deal with change and is a proactive, independent and self-motivated. This is an on-your feet job and with fast turnaround times, we need an energetic person with an excellent work ethic. The role will report directly to the Production Supervisor - focusing on work directly supporting the fulfillment team.
What you’ll be doing:
· Read, interpret and complete embroidery orders
· Set up the machines for each job and communicate order status with the fulfillment team
· Load design, thread selection, hooping, trimming and packaging
· Handle logo and text line embroidery on woven apparel
· Inspect merchandise against order specifications
· Complete adjustments or repairs to embroidery set ups
· Perform minor machine repairs
· Cleaning and oiling machines
· Keeping work area clean and tidy
· Manage supplies and storage
Qualifications:
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to handle physical workload
· Bilingual - not required, but beneficial
· Experience in running, operating, and troubleshooting embroidery machines (Tajima machine knowledge is a plus)
· Single and multi-head machine experience
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
