Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Services Associate to support an established advisor practice. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.
You will play a key role in supporting both the operational and client service aspects of the practice, helping to ensure a seamless experience for clients while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client service support, including handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation processing
Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communications
Coordinate and manage operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal departments including Operations and Compliance
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional, team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
Previous experience in financial services or a related field is a plus, but not required
Licensing (Preferred but not always required)
