Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative
About Us
Max's Pressure Washing & Lawn Care is a growing exterior cleaning and landscaping company serving Northern Virginia. We are looking for a motivated and experienced door-to-door sales representative to help expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and sell pressure washing and landscaping services to residential customers.
- Go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to speak with homeowners.
- Educate potential customers about our services, including pressure washing, lawn care, landscaping, mulch installation, and more.
- Schedule estimates and help close sales.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while representing the company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of previous door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to consistently close 5 jobs a week
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience in home services, roofing, solar, pest control, landscaping, or similar industries is a plus.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position.
Representatives start at 10% commission on all completed jobs they sell. High-performing representatives will have the opportunity to increase their commission percentage over time based on performance and results.
