Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00AM to 7:00PM
Pay Rate: $13.25 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at a busy manufacturing plant. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a secure and safe environment during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol plant premises to ensure safety and security.

Conduct regular checks of doors, gates, windows, and other access points.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.

Enforce security policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

Respond to emergencies as needed.

Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents and activities.
Requirements:

Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card (training available).

Ability to obtain a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).

Clean criminal background check.
-
Pre-employment drug screen required.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Reliable transportation to and from the plant.

Strong communication and observation skills.

Ability to work independently and stay alert during the overnight shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous security experience is a plus, but not required.
-
Familiarity with industrial settings or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
