The ideal EKG Technician is a dependable, adaptable healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Successful candidates demonstrate strong technical proficiency in obtaining high-quality EKG tracings, accurate electrode placement, and recognizing and escalating critical cardiac rhythms when appropriate. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while remaining flexible and responsive to changing patient and departmental needs.
As part of a collaborative diagnostic services team, you will work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient care and clinical decision-making. A caregiver in this position works days with variable start time. The shifts can start between 6 :00am and 11:30am depending on staffing needs. Weekend coverage is required (approximately every 5th weekend).

- Physical strength to assist patients into position for testing.
- Physical strength to transport equipment to various locations throughout the Cleveland Clinic facility.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $15.75
Maximum hourly: $21.65
