- 4-5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a high volume production environment.
- Capable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a strategic approach with a focus on achieving results and fostering continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective verbal and written
communication.
- Capacity to engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- General knowledge of OSHA Standards.
Required Experience:
- 5-7+ years supervisory/management experience in a high volume production environment required.
- Technical degree or certification strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.
- Supervising temporary staff.
- Experience working with UKG and Kronos.
- Ability to develop and articulate a clear strategic vision.
Educational Requirements:
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent years of hands-on experience
