Production Assembly Technician (Soldering Experience Preferred)
Pay: Based on experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. Soldering experience is preferred but not required. This role involves assembling and preparing lighting products in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble linear strip lighting products
- Assemble wire leads and harnesses according to layout drawings
- Review production orders and SOPs to ensure accurate and timely assembly
- Use hand tools, saws, and drills safely and effectively
- Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to complete product orders
- Work with the QC Manager to identify and resolve assembly or component issues
- Assist with packing and labeling products as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Organize and maintain tools and workstations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
