Our client is looking for a Cleanroom Assembler. If you're detail-oriented and have experience working in controlled environments, this is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturer in the medical device industry. As a Cleanroom Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling delicate bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing and plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding techniques. You should have excellent fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination, with the ability to read blueprints and assembly diagrams. This role requires familiarity with computer tools for reviewing drawings, procedures, and online training, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a cleanroom environment. Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Plenty of Overtime offered during the week and on weekends
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Experience in bonding fittings, connectors, and valves to tubing or plastic parts using solvents, adhesives, and ultrasonic welding
- Excellent fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination without magnification
- Ability to read simple blueprints, assembly diagrams, and work instructions
- Proficiency with computers, including accessing drawings, procedures, and online training on iPad and PC
- Previous assembly experience in a cleanroom or medical manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work with solvents under a fume hood safely and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and work in a team-oriented environment
