Role Overview
We are seeking an engineer to lead the development and calibration of engine control systems for both domestic and international markets. You will be responsible for optimizing engine performance to satisfy strict requirements regarding emissions, fuel efficiency, power output, and drivability, while also managing data analysis, technical documentation, and hands-on testing.
Primary Duties-
Execute engine calibration tasks by following standardized protocols and project specifications.

Optimize control systems to ensure the vehicle meets all necessary power, fuel economy, and emissions benchmarks.

Coordinate project timelines and resources to ensure all development milestones are achieved on time.

Facilitate the collection and evaluation of test data to drive continuous improvement.

Draft comprehensive technical reports to clearly communicate calibration outcomes to stakeholders.

Foster collaborative partnerships with our technical team to improve overall workflow efficiency.

Conduct rigorous vehicle testing in diverse climates, including extreme heat, cold, and high-altitude settings, to ensure robust performance.

Validate software logic and parameter settings to guarantee system reliability.

Participate in mandatory technical and operational training programs.

Provide essential support for the calibration of both traditional and hybrid powertrain architectures.
Required Qualifications-
Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or a closely related engineering field.

Minimum of one year of professional experience within the engine calibration sector.

Deep knowledge of internal combustion engine principles and operational practices.

Proven background in calibrating engine systems, specifically focusing on OBD, drivability, or emissions.

Practical experience working with hybrid or conventional powertrain configurations.

Technical proficiency in C/C++ coding and the MATLAB/Simulink environment.

Demonstrated ability to utilize Model-Based Design or standard calibration workflows.

Strong analytical capabilities to resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Competency in the Microsoft Office suite.
