Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to our residents.
In-house therapy program

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Document resident progress and communicate effectively with the care team
Maintain compliance with facility policies and therapy standards
Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but not required
Passion for patient care and teamwork
