Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficient transaction handling.
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in line with food safety regulations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Buss tables, clear dishes, and support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed to ensure seamless service flow.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism during cashiering duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation guidelines and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
