Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll receive comprehensive, hands-on training while working alongside experienced professionals to execute client marketing campaigns. You'll engage with customers in partnered retail locations, educate them on products, answer questions, and help connect them with solutions that fit their needs.
This entry-level position is designed to help you build confidence in communication, customer service, sales, and leadership, with clear opportunities for career advancement based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers inside partnered retail stores
- Learn client products and promotions
- Answer customer questions
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Complete sales transactions
- Work with teammates to achieve weekly goals
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
- Build brand awareness and generate new customer leads
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Weekend availability preferred
- Flexible scheduling available
Compensation:
- This position offers hourly, guaranteed base pay
- Weekly pay
- Uncapped performance-based bonuses and commissions based on sales goals
- Typical earnings: $650-$1,100+ per week
Qualification:
