About the Opportunity
Backstage Health is seeking a Credentialed School Nurse to support a school district in the Stockton, CA area during the upcoming school year. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student health, well-being, and educational success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and support student health needs
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings
- Develop and maintain Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and health care plans
- Provide case management and health-related consultation
- Support medication administration and staff training
- Maintain accurate and compliant health records
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community providers to support student success
Qualifications
- Active California School Nurse Services Credential (or Preliminary Credential)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in educational settings preferred
