Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment

No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius

RTO requests must be less than 1 week

Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems facility within the past 2 years
