Summary
Servers / Bartender at The River Club report directly to the Food and Beverage Leadership. Responsibilities include warmly greeting all members and guests, utilizing name recognition tools and assisting food server staff to ensure quality dining experience.
Qualifications
·Private Club Experience Required
Excellent personal presentation and verbal skills
· Flexible schedule to satisfy the demands of the Club and banquet operations
· Ability to work as a team player in an effort to maximize Club and guest dining experience
Job Duties Include but Not Limited to
· Provide members and guests with the highest quality service
· Greet/bid farewell and acknowledge members and guests by name when possible
· Provide menus, specials and point of sale information
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
· Serve drinks and pour wine for members and guests
· Reset tables with appropriate settings and linen
· Perform opening and closing side work duties
· Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
· Arrive at scheduled shift on time and in proper uniform
· Promote teamwork and a positive work atmosphere
· Adhere to the rules of the Club as defined in the employee handbook
· Be accountable for all chits, credit card slip signatures and end of shift paperwork
· Answer phone if necessary, take reservations and to go orders.
