Rooftop season is here! We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our team! Our current days open are Tuesday-Saturday, 4pm-10pm!
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, present menus, describe and sell both food and drink menus
- Assess customers’ needs, preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Verify customers are of legal age by checking IDs consistently and carefully
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies each day prior to service
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- POS literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Have current RAMP certification or be able to pass certification within 1 week of hire
