TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Fontana, CA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Details
- Pay: $28 Per Hour Straight Time, $1,100 estimated weekly pay
- Shifts: Thursday - Monday OR Friday - Tuesday
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Groceries
- Equipment: Reefer Trailers
- Handling: No-touch freight
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: None
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
