About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Professional to be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer has a great experience. If you enjoy helping people and want to grow your skills in a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Help customers by phone, email, and chat with questions about products, services, billing, and accounts
- Make follow-up calls to check in, gather feedback, or share new offerings
- Enter and update information accurately in our CRM and other software
- Process payments and handle cash transactions carefully
- Keep clear, detailed records of customer interactions
- Spot common issues and share ideas to improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- A positive, professional, customer-first attitude
- Comfortable using computers, customer support tools, and Microsoft Office
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Call center or outbound calling experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person
