Overview
Bergen County Construction Developer specializing in renovations and new construction for healthcare type facilities seeks a high-performing Executive Assistant & Project Manager to lead project execution and optimize operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities include: Executive Support, Special Projects, Project Management and Strategic Operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in interior design and/or construction project management, and operations management.
- Proven experience managing construction/renovation projects, ideally in healthcare or senior living environments.
- Strong operational leadership skills with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and accountability.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites & trade-shows across company’s national footprint, from time to time.
Skills
- Proven experience in executive administrative support combined with project coordination capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing, data entry, proofreading, and transcription tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), QuickBooks, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Office management experience including clerical tasks such as filing, office supply management, and front desk duties.
- Demonstrated ability to handle bookkeeping responsibilities effectively using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills complemented by the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
