Hybrid Sales Representative – Youth Sporting Goods & E-Commerce

We're growing and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our youth sporting goods business across team sales, leagues, clubs, schools, and e-commerce channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with youth sports organizations, teams, clubs, and schools
- Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Promote sporting goods, apparel, equipment, and online store solutions
- Work closely with customers to create customized programs and sales solutions
- Support growth of our e-commerce platform and online fundraising/store initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (sports industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
- Passion for youth sports and helping organizations succeed

Compensation
Commission-Based with Exceptional Revenue Sharing
