- Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment
- Collision repair experience or formal training
- Strong mechanical and body repair background
- Solid time management and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy, team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to meet customer expectations without shop chaos
- I‑CAR and ASE certifications a plus
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Willing to complete background check & drug screen
