Position Title: Production Associate/Rework
Wage: $19.00-$22.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

As a Production Associate/Rework, you'll play a key role in inspecting, repairing, organizing, and moving products to ensure they meet the highest standards. Production Associate/Rework Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform rework on products, parts, and materials according to work instructions
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects or damaged items
- Assemble, disassemble, or repackage products as needed
- Perform touch-up painting
- Assist with installing or hanging televisions, projectors, and other equipment as directed
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification preferred or willingness to become certified)
- Transport materials to designated work areas and storage locations
- Sweep and clean throughout the facility
Production Associate/Rework Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Ability to safely handle parts of various sizes and weights
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand work instruction
