About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous operation of our production floor by performing essential troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. You will utilize your technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance, directly impacting our manufacturing output and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Execute routine preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on complex automation and production machinery.

Diagnose equipment-related processing issues to restore functionality and maintain high production standards.

Manage spare parts inventory and generate maintenance reports using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Collaborate with production teams to support equipment set-up and ensure seamless operational transitions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all industrial safety regulations.

Provide technical guidance and training to team members to foster a culture of shared knowledge and accountability.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated experience in basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.

Proficiency with computerized machine controls, interfaces, and CMMS software.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.

Prior experience in plastics manufacturing, specifically with thermoforming or injection molding equipment.

Technical school credentials or specialized certifications in industrial maintenance.

Proven ability to interpret complex work designs and execute best practices without constant supervision.
