Lake Linganore Association is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Grounds Maintenance Worker to help keep our beautiful community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Schedule may rotate from time to time based on operational needs.
- Must be available to assist with community events and participate in a rotating weekend schedule for beach cleaning and raking.
Responsibilities
- Empty trash receptacles throughout the community.
- Collect litter and debris from common areas, parks, beaches, and trails.
- Clean and maintain beach areas, including raking and preparing them for resident use.
- Assist with event setup, cleanup, and waste management during community events.
- Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Perform other light grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule and occasional special events.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
