Bilingual Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

About the Role
Eagle Promotions is seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team as a Bilingual Receptionist / Customer Service Representative. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while providing administrative support to multiple departments. This role offers excellent growth potential into a Customer Service Representative (CSR) position.
What You'll Do
· Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and applicants professionally.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
· Order office and breakroom supplies and ensure employee breakrooms remain stocked.
· Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
· Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks.
· Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
· Assist with customer inquiries and internal communications.
· Keep the reception area organized and professional.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a corporate office administrative position.
· Fluent in English and Spanish.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong customer service and professional telephone etiquette.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and spreadsheets).
· Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee, customer, and company information.
· Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
· Receptionist or administrative support experience in a corporate office.
· Customer service experience.
· eCommerce experience is a plus.
· Experience in promotional products, apparel, printing, or manufacturing is a plus.
