Embroidery Operator

As an Embroidery Operator, you’ll be the hands-on creator behind high-quality, customized products. Using modern, computerized multi-head machines, you will transform raw apparel and products into beautifully embroidered items.
Position – Embroidery Operator
Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $18 to $20/hr
Required Experience – Prior machine operator experience is helpful
Responsibilities

Set Up & Run: Maintain, program, and operate computerized embroidery machines according to specific work orders.

Prep the Products: Sort items by color, stage them, and carefully hoop and load garments onto the machines.

Focus on Quality: Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure absolute accuracy, finishing all embroidered products to our high standards.

Team Up: Provide cross-department support across the production floor as needed and participate in ongoing skill development.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

The ability to lift up to 40lbs is needed

Must have excellent attendance

Prior experience in a machine operator role is helpful
