The Trail Inn located in Grantsburg, WI is a 22-room motel and is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the location.
About the Role:
As Housekeeping Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience. You'll oversee the cleanliness of our guest rooms and common areas, and manage our housekeeping team. This role starts at $23.00 per hour and moves to $24.00 after 90 days of successful employment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash
- Launder linens and towels
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage of $23.00 per hour, moving to $24.00 after 90 days.
- Part-time or Full-time hours (depending on volume)

Schedule:
- Shifts begin at 9:00 AM daily
- Some weekend availability is required
