- Support the dining team by bussing tables, resetting stations, and managing guest needs promptly.
- Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes carefully and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay special requests or modifications.
- Maintain a lively, energetic presence that contributes to a positive guest experience and team environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with serving, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques.
- Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management.
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service settings.
- Ability to efficiently bus tables and support restaurant operations during busy hours.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
