Summary
Bigfoot Fun Park is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Escape Room Game Masters to join our team! As a Game Master, you will create memorable experiences for guests by facilitating escape room activities, providing exceptional customer service, and handling various park operations. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escape Room Facilitation: Host and moderate escape room experiences, providing clues, ensuring safety, and enhancing guest enjoyment while maintaining the storyline and game flow.
- Ticket Sales: Sell tickets for escape rooms, arcade games, and mini golf, ensuring accurate transactions and a friendly guest experience.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by greeting guests, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Retail Gift Shop Sales: Assist customers in the gift shop, process sales, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized retail space.
- Arcade Redemption: Manage the arcade prize redemption counter, assisting guests with prize selection and maintaining inventory.
- General Operations: Support park operations by maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting with opening/closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from Bigfoot Fun Park.
- Clean-cut, professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with technology (e.g., ticketing systems, arcade machines).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or entertainment is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for restocking or setup tasks.
