Pilot & Demonstration Plant Engineering Manager

A1 Lithium is developing the Green River Lithium Project in Utah using innovative Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology. We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our pilot and demonstration plant, oversee commissioning and operations, and help scale one of the United States' emerging critical minerals projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pilot plant operations and commissioning.
- Supervise operators, laboratory technicians, and maintenance personnel.
- Drive safety, quality, and operational performance.
- Develop SOPs, training, and plant processes.
- Support process optimization and scale-up.
- Manage contractors, budgets, and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 6+ years' experience operating chemical process systems.
- 3+ years' experience leading technical teams.
- Experience operating or commissioning pilot or demonstration plants.
- Experience with DLE, lithium, hydrometallurgy, or water treatment is highly regarded.

Pay: $112,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
