Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Receive shipments, unload merchandise, verify manifest accuracy, and organize the stockroom for maximum efficiency.
- Support Face-to-Face Sales: Keep the sales floor fully stocked and visually appealing so the sales team has everything they need to hit targets.
- Attention to Detail: Ticket, tag, and price merchandise accurately according to store promotions and inventory systems.
- Stockroom Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized backroom to streamline inventory counts and curbside pickup fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in retail stockroom, inventory management, warehouse, or logistics.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, heavy attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using handheld inventory scanners, digital tagging systems, and basic retail software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish): A great plus for communicating with our local Laredo team and vendors.
