Dan Hecht Chevrolet Toyota has an immediate opening for a full-time position in our Detailing Department. We are looking for individuals who have great attention to detail, enjoy working with cars, and like being part of a team. Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person. This position offers an hourly wage plus a performance bonus plan, providing an opportunity to increase your earnings based on quality and efficiency. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Responsibilities include however are not limited to:

Clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing

Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them accordingly

Apply protective coatings and treatments to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition

Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations during all detailing activities

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and explaining services performed

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
-
Proven experience as a vehicle detailer or in a similar role preferred

Knowledge of cleaning and polishing products, tools, and techniques
-
Ability to work efficiently and pay close attention to detail
-
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch and stand over, under and next to and in all vehicles
-
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy items
-
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
