Marriott International is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our Brand Task Force Traveling FOSSE team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service while supporting various Marriott properties on a traveling basis. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, customer-focused, and able to maintain Marriott’s high standards of hospitality in diverse environments.
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, accurately processing reservations and payments.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adapt quickly to different property systems, procedures, and team dynamics as part of the traveling task force.
- Uphold Marriott’s brand standards and service excellence at all times.
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel and work at different Marriott properties as assigned.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
This is a traveling position requiring flexibility and adaptability to various hotel environments. Candidates must be willing to relocate temporarily to different Marriott locations as part of the Brand Task Force.
