Red Oak Apartment Homes is seeking an experienced carpenter for our NH properties. This is a hands-on position, which requires good leadership and modeling for our associates.
The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure quality work.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to ensure a positive outcome.
Responsibilities:
- Completes assigned projects in a timely manner with quality workmanship.
- Ensure material availability for each job.
- Interact with other associates to maintain communication as priorities shift.
- Coordinates with other Red Oak associates, managers and contractors to ensure work is on schedule, and complies with technical and safety requirements.
- Establish respectful working relationships with co-workers, outside vendors and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years prior experience.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel short distances.
