We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide on call coverage for our hospice patients, 7 on 7 off 4:30pm-8am. The ideal candidate is capable of promoting comfort and well-being in the patient. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care, administering medications and following the care plan created by the physician and the hospice interdisciplinary team.
