Partners with the Human Resources Manager and people managers to assure all HR processes and the Capability & Competencies development agenda. This role is performed in compliance with company values, principles, policies, controls, procedures and applicable laws.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and sustain an Employees Training matrix.

Ensure newly hired employees receive an effective, timely, informative new hire orientation using the company approved format and material.

Schedules, conducts, facilitates, audits, and identifies new methods to improve new hire orientation.

Manage HR annual training agenda to assure all employees participate.

Assure all employees are oriented in new HR policies.

Support the staffing agenda for regular, temporal and internships positions. Identifies and assures suitable talent for open positions.

Capability to quickly learn processes and effectively train personnel.

Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and manage groups.

Attend weekly or monthly corporate call.

Perform any additional duties related to the role and/or Department as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
-
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or Labor Relations.
-
Two (2) years’ work experience as trainer, preferably in a Manufacturing Industry.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) written and spoken.

Availability to support different shifts.

Travel if necessary.
